Shah Rukh Khan’s best friend Juhi Chawla has ‘issues’ with Aamir Khans pk act
Rajkumar Hirani’s recent comedy – drama film ‘PK’ based on God and Godmen has developed a lot of curiosity among the cine-goers. This venture has generated a good amount of appreciation but along with the mixed reactions for its out-of-box storyline. One such surprising critic comes in form of Aamir Khan’s leading lady of Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (QSQT), Juhi Chawla.
Juhi who enthusiastically bought tickets of the movie PK for her entire family seemed to have found the movie debatable. She openly expressed her feelings towards the actor’s recent release. Juhi tweeted her reactions, disagreeing to some facts of the movie. She wrote, “I have some issues with PK. I agree with a lot of things but disagree with some. nowTHATS a good film.One that stirs thought and discussion.” When everyone seems to be singing in praise of Aamir Khan’s PK act, why is Juhi not happy? Is there some Shah Rukh Khan connection here?
Well if you thinking it is something serious about the dimpled Juhi disliking the movie entirely, it is not so. Juhi said that she purchased 30 tickets of this movie and took her entire family for watching this movie. Juhi tweeted saying, ‘I’ve been a Raju Hirani fan … after watching PK my respect for him soars ..!! It’s brilliant!!Congratulations to Aamir Raju &all PK team.”
Juhi further added, praising the performance of actor Sanjay Dutt in role of Bhairon Singh. She wrote in praise of Sanju baba, “And it was lovely to watch Sanjay Dutt in PK … He is adorable …”
PK movie has set ideas of faith, religion but with a different perspective in it. This film portrays the prejudices, which can affect an individual’s thinking and overall mindset. Raju Hirani’s film offers hardcore morals in his latest flick that somewhere not been easily gulped down by many. Because of few elements of the movie, it is being badly bashed for apparently hurting the sentiments of Hindu. It is said that the movie promotes the concept of love jihad and has taken centre stage. There are lots of people who are witnessing and there is sort of cold war on the social media, which has begun trending the hashtag #Boycott PK showing their protest.
The main point of controversy arises what is it about the movie that Juhi Chawla disagrees with Mr. Perfectionist’s school of thought. What does PK aka Aamir has to say on this? Or, Juhi is supporting her closest pal of SRK being the main reason for finding the movie flawed. Do we still have some kind of camps in Bollywood?
